When is Expo 2020 Dubai taking place?

The Expo runs for six months from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 and is open seven days a week.

Where is Expo 2020 Dubai located?

The Expo is located in the Dubai South district, 18 kilometres from Al Maktoum International Airport and a short drive from Dubai International Airport, Abu Dhabi International Airport and Dubai and Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminals. 

How much do tickets for the Expo cost?

There are a number of tickets and passes for visitors to choose from, such as the One-Day Ticket, Multi-Day Pass, and Season Pass. You can find all ticket prices here. Children under 18 years old, tertiary and higher education students, seniors 60 years and above, and people of determination are eligible for free tickets.

Where can I buy tickets for the Expo?

You can purchase your tickets online, at entrance gates during the event, from Authorised Ticket Resellers as part of a package, or from all ENOC petrol stations and ZOOM stores across the UAE.

Are there COVID-19 requirements for visitors?

Before entering the site, visitors are required to present proof of any vaccine recognised by their national government or a negative PCR test taken within the previous 72 hours. Anyone who is suffering from COVID-19 health symptoms, who has been in close contact with a COVID-19 positive individual, or who is under any quarantine order will not be allowed to enter the Expo. Free on-site PCR testing booths are available for non-vaccinated ticket-holders.

Where is the nearest parking for visitors to the Expo?

Four free parking zones are located around the site: 


– Opportunity parking zone (from the E77 Expo Road)
– Sustainability parking zone (from the E77 Expo Road or D54 Zayed bin Hamdan al Nahyan)
– Mobility parking zone (from the E311 Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road)
– Dubai Exhibition Centre parking zone (from the E311 Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road)


Entry is from 08:30 to 23:00 Saturday to Wednesday, and 08:30 to 01:00 Thursday to Friday and special days. Valet parking is available for a fee on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Where can I find the Vietnam Pavilion?

We are located in the Opportunity District of the Expo, opposite the Opportunity Pavilion. You can find an exact location on the map here.

Is there a dress code to enter the Vietnam Pavilion?

Dress codes are generally relaxed at the Expo. A smart casual dress code is advised but not required at our pavilion. To respect local culture in the UAE, please refrain from wearing clothes that are too tight or revealing.

Can I buy Vietnamese products at the Vietnam Pavilion?

High-quality crafts and souvenirs from Vietnam will be available for sale, including models of traditional musical instruments used in live performances at the pavilion.

Are there any activities for children at the Vietnam Pavilion?

Every day there will be a musical performance and a half-hour session to introduce children to Vietnamese musical instruments. Children can also explore made-in-Vietnam STEM models using sustainable materials.
